A Day in the Life
Lifeline Youth and Family Services needed a fresh approach for employee recruitment. We implemented a bold storytelling strategy that brought to life the extraordinary impact of social workers and case managers.
"A Day in the Life" explores the relationship of two women. One is a Lifeline service provider. The other is a young mother at risk of losing her children. Filmed in Fort Wayne with professional talent, the story explores the characters' real-life struggles and triumphs.
"Don't tell them. Show them." The old adage is still relevant. Lifeline used the short film in all its employee recruitment efforts and featured it as the brand video on its YouTube channel.
